Production & Forklift Operator - Immediate Openings
Pay: $15.50/HR - $16.75/HR
Location: South Charleston, WV
Schedule: Monday through Friday | Multiple Shifts Available
- 1st Shift : Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Production: $15.50/hr | Forklift: $16.00/hr - 2nd Shift : Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Production: $16.25/hr | Forklift: $16.75/hr - 3rd Shift : Monday – Friday | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Production: $16.00/hr | Forklift: $16.50/hr

United Talent is currently hiring for Production Operators, Warehouse Associates, and Forklift Operators in the South Charleston, WV area. We are looking for dependable and motivated candidates who are ready to work in a fast-paced production, manufacturing, and warehouse environment with opportunities for long-term growth.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble automotive parts and components and Inspect manufactured products to ensure quality standards
- Perform basic machine operation
- Operate industrial forklifts to move materials throughout the facility
- Load and unload products efficiently and safely
- Conduct basic forklift inspections and report equipment concerns
Requirements
At least 1 year of forklift experience preferred (certification not required)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
Ability to stand for extended periods
Comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled environment
Strong attendance and dependable work ethic
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
No education required
