Job Summary:

NuChoice Health Partners is seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Caregiver with NuChoice Health Partners, you will provide non-medical companionship and personal care services to seniors in their own homes, allowing them to maintain their independence and dignity. Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship to clients, engaging in conversation, reading, playing games, and participating in activities to promote mental and social well-being

• Assist with meal preparation, including grocery shopping and cooking

• Provide medication reminders and basic medication management

• Accompany clients to appointments and errands, as needed

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Report any changes or concerns to the client's caregiver or manager

Requirements:

• Companionship : Build meaningful relationships with clients and provide emotional support

• Meal Prep : Assist with meal preparation and grocery shopping to promote healthy eating habits

• Medication Reminders : Ensure clients take medication as prescribed and report any concerns

• Errands : Accompany clients to appointments and errands, enhancing their independence and quality of life

• Hygiene : Assist with daily living activities, promoting personal hygiene and dignity

Working Conditions:

• Primary work location: Cochranton, PA

• Occasional travel to clients' homes or community events

• Availability: Part-time and full-time positions available
