ServiceNow Engineer

Role Overview The ServiceNow Engineer supports the configuration, development, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform within the Division of Information Technology (DIT) at the University of Maryland, College Park. The position supports all implemented modules and requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to design easy-to-use solutions. What You Will Do Customize and configure ServiceNow, integrate it with external applications, work with business stakeholders, analyze business problems, and maintain documentation of technical designs and development activities. Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate will have experience implementing and managing enterprise solutions, knowledge of applications support, and skills in oral and written communication. The position offers the opportunity to work with a large-scale implementation of ServiceNow and contribute to the development of the platform.
