Support special-order pricing and product substitutions. Review architectural plans, specifications, and shop drawings. Identify project requirements, constraints, and scope gaps. Coordinate submittal packages, drawings, and approval cycles. Manage drawing revisions and outstanding customer approvals. Confirm dimensions, finishes, quantities, and product specifications. Accurate project files and customer correspondence. Coordinate projects through production, delivery, and installation. Communicate with sales representatives, dealers, and consultants. Track manufacturing timelines, approvals, and delivery schedules. Qualifications A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales coordination role. Proven experience with AutoQuotes (or similar), including data management and reporting. Strong skills in sales coordination, reporting, and documentation, with a keen eye for detail.
