Average pay: $1,030-$1,260 weekly

Home time: Every three weeks

Experience: All CDL holders

Overview

Pay and bonus potential

+ Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.

+ New Productivity Incentive: Earn up to an additional $.06 per mile based on weekly miles.

+ Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider.

+ Weekly performance pay.

+ $6,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.

+ $3,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.

+ Paid orientation.

+ Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.

+ Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

+ Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License ( CDL ).

+ HazMat endorsement preferred.

+ Passport, FAST card or Enhanced CDL opens more opportunities.

+ Live within 75 miles of Flagstaff, AZ, Kingman, AZ or Yuma, AZ.
