Our organization is on the lookout for Fellowship-trained, Board-Certified, or Board-Eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologists to fill full-time roles within our Cardiology team in Albany.
We are thrilled to present a signing bonus of $100,000 for new team members.
Become part of a hospital-affiliated Cardiology practice that boasts a team of over 25 physicians and advanced practitioners. We cater to patients at two hospitals: St. Peter's Hospital in Albany and Samaritan Hospital in Troy, along with several outpatient facilities throughout the capital region, including Albany, Troy, Clifton Park, Saratoga, and Wilton, NY. Our practice offers a wide array of services, such as General Cardiology, Echocardiography, Vascular Ultrasound, Vascular Clinics, Nuclear Cardiology, Electrophysiology, and Interventional Cardiology, including Structural Heart procedures.
Qualifications:
Applicants must hold Board Certification in Internal Medicine and be either Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology. We are particularly interested in candidates with a strong passion for Non-Invasive Cardiology and experience in managing both inpatient and outpatient cases. Exceptional clinical and communication abilities, along with a dedication to team-oriented, patient-focused care, are crucial.

- Flexible scheduling options are offered, including part-time, full-time, and inpatient-only roles.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE
We provide a competitive base salary with opportunities for additional earnings through RVU-based productivity incentives and quality performance bonuses.
- Base Salary: $600,000 annually.
- In the second year, Cardiologists can opt into a Pool Model where RVU and Quality Incentive Models are shared among members, contingent on meeting an annual RVU threshold.
- The stated salary represents the starting range of total compensation and does not encompass productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift bonuses, or other cash compensation relevant to the role. Additionally, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. This salary range is provided in compliance with state law and may vary based on the aforementioned factors.
- Starting Bonus: $75,000.
- Retention Bonus: $25,000.
- Relocation Assistance: $25,000 (for those moving from outside the capital region).
- Fellowship compensation available—up to $100,000 per year for early sign-on (disbursed as a monthly stipend).

- Paid malpractice coverage, including post-employment tail coverage.
- CME time and expense allowance: $4,500 annually.
- 32 days of vacation and CME time each year.
