$350k Floor + $200k Incentive | Family Medicine in Williston, ND with Sanford Health

Sanford Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our growing Williston, North Dakota practice!

• Join an established OBGYN care team, with an internist and pediatrician joining later this year, to expand primary care services in Williston, ND
• Flexible scheduling, allowing for growth at your own pace
• High community need, ensuring a steady and rewarding patient panel
• Outpatient only with minimal call duties
• OB optional
• Join one of the Midwest's largest rural healthcare networks 
• Visiting specialties include: Sports Medicine, Pulmonology, and Pediatrics

Competitive Compensation Package Includes:

• Compensation floor of $350,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
• In addition, a $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
• Additional physician benefits package including: Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, Disability, CME Allowance, Allowed Time Away, Malpractice, Relocation Allowance
