Senior-level individual contributor responsible for leading high-quality visual design across digital products, prototypes, and concept work. Serve as the visual design expert, ensuring excellence in typography, color palettes, layout, iconography, and motion design. Collaborate with design leadership to define user experience frameworks, interaction patterns, and scalable design solutions. Create, maintain, and expand enterprise-level design systems that support consistency across products and platforms. Develop compelling concepts, prototypes, and presentations that support business development and client proposals. Produce innovative, visually engaging work that balances creativity with measurable business impact. Apply AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation, visual exploration, rapid prototyping, and production workflows. Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices, including WCAG compliance. Mentor and guide junior and mid-level designers by providing creative direction, feedback, and professional development support. Deliver polished, high-impact design solutions that meet the highest standards of visual craftsmanship and creative excellence. Partner with cross-functional teams, including UX, product, strategy, and engineering, to create cohesive end-to-end user experiences. Drive design quality from concept through final execution while maintaining consistency across all deliverables.
