Showing Agent Opportunity

We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to learn to grow through active buyer engagement while earning rewarding commissions and gaining hands-on experience inside a fast-moving real estate environment. This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys staying active throughout the day, working directly with people, and learning how productive agents build consistency over time.

You will learn to conduct property showings, host open houses, and communicate with buyers in a confident and professional way. Working alongside experienced real estate agents, you will build stronger habits with follow-up, organization, and daily activity that support long-term growth in real estate. The focus is on learning through real conversations, real appointments, and real transactions while continuing to improve your ability to guide buyers through the process.

As your confidence grows, you will continue developing the skills needed to manage your own clients and build toward full production. You will learn how to create stronger buyer relationships, improve communication during showings, and stay consistent with the systems that help support a more predictable real estate business.

$140,000 at plan commissions

• Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely
• Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster
• Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion
• Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions
• Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service

• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
