Employee Type FT Non-Exempt Description We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Sign Graphic Designer to join our team in De Pere, WI. As a Sign Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, and preparing layouts for various sign projects. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with design experience who is passionate about combining creativity with practical design solutions in the sign manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities Job Duties: Develop and create innovative sign designs, including indoor and outdoor signage and vehicle wraps Possess Grit and the ability to not be afraid to tackle difficult tasks with an open mind and willingness to learn and grow. Needs to maintain a strong sense of purpose and achieve goals, even when faced with obstacles. Have a high level of customer service values, self-motivated and work independently and understand the daily responsibilities and commitments. Be passionate about the work and possess intensity in doing the work. Fulfill commitments and do what you say you will do. Collaborate with the sales, install, and production teams to align sign designs with manufacturing and installation capabilities, as well as client branding, goals, and expectations. Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Prepare accurate and detailed design files and customer proofs. All design files should be production ready unless otherwise indicated. Ensure designs comply with the local regulations provided by the salesperson. Revise designs and proofs based on client feedback. Ensure the Design department operates efficiently by minimizing downtime and reducing design time waste. Culture & Communication: Contribute to a collaborative, positive and safe work environment emphasizing teamwork, respect and continuous improvement. Encourage comradery and constructive and positive communication between all team members across all departments in order to foster respect and appreciation for all roles across the entire Creative Sign team. Qualifications Education & Experience Associate or bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered. 1+ years of experience in Graphic Design is preferred but not required. Experience with sign manufacturing processes is a plus. Any service or hospitality industry experience is a plus. Skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop). Strong creative vision with attention to design principles, layout, and typography. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams. A problem-solving mindset and an attention to detail.
