Tech - X-ray/Rad Tech

Job Summary:
Provide diagnostic imaging services as an X-Ray Technician, supporting the radiology department with quality patient care and accurate image acquisition. Ensure flexibility in scheduling to maintain department coverage and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Operate X-Ray equipment to produce diagnostic images with precision and safety.
• Adapt to varying shift schedules, including potential shifts outside standard hours, to facilitate department needs.
• Competently utilize C-arm technology for specialized imaging procedures.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance during all imaging processes.
• Collaborate effectively with radiologists and healthcare team members to ensure clear communication.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technologist program.
• Registered or certified through ARRT or equivalent credentialing body.
• Proven experience with C-arm imaging in radiology settings.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including 10-hour days.
• Strong understanding of radiation safety principles and patient positioning techniques.
