What You Will Do

• Interpret manufacturing requirements, develop and maintain Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs), and document manufacturing?practices

• Support daily manufacturing areas with process troubleshooting and incorporating Engineering changes into the MDPs

• Disposition non-conforming material with root cause and correction action analysis as required

• Generate Change Requests (CRs) on technical?issues relating to the production manufacturing process Drive Continuous Improvement through process improvements to improve cycle time, reduce ergonomic risk to assemblers, reduce cost, and improve space utilization, using CORE tools and data driven decision making

• Provide real-time technical support to manufacturers and fabricators, in-house as well as the supply base

• Tool/fixture development

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum 0-2 years of prior relevant experience.

• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Prior internship, industry or manufacturing relevant experience

• Previous experience with cable and wire harness design or manufacturing including point to point, branched harnesses, and radio frequency technology and/or knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 and J-STD-001

• Experience with automated tooling, machinery, and programming

• A continuous improvement mindset to enhance?manufacturing methods through process?modernization

• Active CONFIDENTIAL or SECRET clearance

• Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
