Content Publisher - Fixed Term Contract

Your Opportunity, Your Team The Digital Publisher supports QVC UK, and publishes high-quality, customer-facing content across QVC UK’s digital platforms. This is a fixed term contract initially for 3 to 6 months. Where You'll Work This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Chiswick Park, West London two days a week. What You'll Do Publish approved content accurately and on time across QVC UK digital platforms, including web, mobile and email. Support the creation of accessible, high‑performing digital experiences by applying publishing best practice and W3C standards. Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment, ensuring production updates and corrections are delivered quickly and accurately. Test content and modules across browsers, devices, smartphones and tablets to ensure a consistent customer experience. Help define publishing standards, improve workflows and maintain effective file and asset management across teams. What You'll Bring Proven experience working with a CMS to publish regular digital content; AEM experience would be advantageous. Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, web usability, accessibility standards, W3C protocols and cross‑browser compatibility. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise workload, multitask effectively and work accurately at pace. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive and inquisitive approach. Degree in web production/development or equivalent relevant experience preferred; online retail experience would be beneficial.
