The Dimock Center in Roxbury, MA is seeking a compassionate Recovery Specialist, CSS (Wednesday to Saturday) to join our Behavioral Health team. You will monitor clients during detox and early recovery, support nursing staff, and handle admissions, documentation, and daily operations in a busy clinical setting. This onsite role requires strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work across disciplines to ensure safe, patient-centered care.
