Job Summary This position leads the development and execution of complex sales incentive compensation programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving sales performance. The role involves managing a team, collaborating with senior leadership, and providing strategic insights to enhance incentive plans. Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of complex sales incentive compensation programs Manage a team of compensation analysts and provide guidance on program implementation Collaborate with senior leadership to align incentive plans with organizational objectives Analyze compensation data to identify trends and provide strategic insights Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales incentive programs Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies Minimum Qualifications 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Qualifications World at Work Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP) certification Experience with Xactly Compensation Base pay depends on location and experience. Pay range: Chicago, Illinois: $130,500.00 – $193,600.00 annually San Jose, California: $143,500.00 – $212,850.00 annually Additional compensation may include an annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation, as applicable.
