As a technical leader, you’ll combine hands-on engineering expertise with architectural vision to scale the platform that powers automation for the world’s top financial institutions.

• Drive technical direction for our Universal Integration Platform, aligning engineering with business goals.
• Set the technical direction for major initiatives and define coding standards and best practices.
• Influence technology choices across teams and tackle complex engineering challenges.
• Design and deliver sophisticated abstraction layers that bridge cloud and on-premises environments.
• Champion AI-assisted development practices to enhance productivity, consistency, and code quality.

Qualifications

• Expert-level C# mastery with deep expertise in .NET Core and .NET Framework.
• Expert proficiency with AI development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude).
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement abstraction frameworks.
• Extensive experience with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, ECS, S3).
• Deep understanding of hybrid deployment systems.
• Expertise in distributed architecture, microservices, and event-driven design.
• Proven success in building platforms that enable multiple integration patterns.
• Skilled in deployment pipelines and automated testing strategies.
• Known for optimizing distributed systems at scale.
• Implements robust testing and quality assurance frameworks.
