Pay Range: Up to $70,000 per year (base service commission, upgrade commission, 100% of tips, and bonuses available).

You determine your own pay during every service. We also have a very high rate of generously tipping clients and pass along 100% of tips to our therapists.

What You'll Be Working On:

• Design specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs.
• Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

Please come join us if you:

• Have a passion for healing, helping, and taking care of clients.
• Have an active Nebraska Massage license.
• Have prior knowledge/experience of Swedish massage.
• Have great communication skills and connect well with staff and clients
• Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue), but not required. Hand and Stone offers training in all modalities to our team members!
• Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
