Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, endurance, balance, and independence. Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members. Complete timely and accurate documentation in Net Health. Support individualized resident-centered treatment plans. Qualifications Current Pennsylvania PTA license. SNF/LTC experience preferred, but not required. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Flexible and dependable. Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care.
