Competitive hourly pay: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour, based on experience Full-time, year-round employment Typical schedule between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Expected 40 to 50 hours per week Paid port-to-port with a take-home company vehicle Overtime opportunities available One on-call weekend per month Aflac accident, vision, and dental benefits 401(k) available after 3 years of continuous employment Family-oriented team environment Work directly with an owner who remains active in the field Opportunity to grow with a company that is expanding and investing in its future Why You'll Love It Here Family-owned company where relationships come first Supportive leadership that values professionalism, coachability, and strong communication Your ideas and contributions are recognized and respected Small team where your performance has a direct impact on company success Trusted provider of 24/7 emergency HVAC service with a strong customer-focused reputation Clear communication with customers and teammates is part of the company culture Opportunities to grow into future leadership or specialty roles as the company expands Your New Role Perform residential and light commercial HVAC diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair throughout the I-35 corridor, covering Bell, Williamson, Travis, and McLennan counties Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment Inspect HVAC systems to identify mechanical and electrical issues Explain repair recommendations clearly and professionally to homeowners and customers Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a clean, professional appearance Complete service documentation accurately using company software and mobile technology Maintain your company vehicle, tools, and equipment Occasionally assist with HVAC equipment installations Follow all safety procedures and industry best practices Work independently while communicating effectively with the owner and team Represent Irish Air with integrity, professionalism, and reliability 3 to 5 years of residential and/or light commercial HVAC service experience High school diploma or equivalent EPA Universal Certification required Strong knowledge of HVAC diagnostics, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair Experience servicing residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems Strong customer service and communication skills Professional attitude with a strong work ethic Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and follow company processes Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to safely lift equipment and work in indoor and outdoor environments Proficiency using mobile technology for service documentation Irish Air is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
