FAMILY MEDICINE PHYSICIAN

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $270,000/yr Base salary
• $300,000- $330,000/yr Established physician production comp range
• Sign-on bonus structured around what matters most to you

PRACTICE DETAILS

You will step into a fully established outpatient panel with 30 years of patient relationships behind it. No building from scratch, no startup friction. The practice is relationship-centered and independent, with physician autonomy backed by strong administrative support.

• Panel: 100% established, outpatient only
• Schedule: 4-day workweek, 18 patients per day
• Model: Value-based, relationship-centered care
• Support: Physician autonomy with robust administrative team
• Network: Praxis Health, the PNW's leading independent group
• Call: Shared only, no hospital call requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• MD or DO
• Board certified in Family Medicine

General Physical Requirements

• While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
• The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch.
• The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Work Environment: Combination of medical office and exam/procedure room settings.

This position performs tasks that involve exposure to blood, body fluids and/or tissues. All employees performing these duties are offered the opportunity to receive the Hepatitis-B vaccination series.
