EVP & Chief Legal Officer - Healthcare Strategy

Banner Health in Phoenix is seeking an experienced Executive VP, Chief Legal Officer to balance strategic leadership with regulatory discipline in a complex healthcare environment. This role oversees legal, compliance, internal audit, risk, and claims & litigation, advising the President/CEO and the Board.
You will build high-performing teams, modernize legal operations with data and technology, and partner with executives to enable growth while mitigating risk under healthcare laws and billing
