Assembly Production Worker

Automotive Assembly Associate Location: Sterling Heights, MI (Near 18 Mile Road & Van Dyke) We are currently hiring Automotive Assembly Associates to join a growing manufacturing team in Sterling Heights. This position involves assembling automotive components in a fast-paced production environment. Shift Options & Pay 1st Shift 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. $15.00 per hour 3rd Shift 6:00 p.m. – 2:30 a.m. $15.50 per hour plus $1.50 shift premium Total pay: $17.00 per hour Pay Increase Employees receive a $1.50 per hour raise after 3 months. Responsibilities Assemble automotive parts and components according to work instructions Install clips, bolts, fasteners, wiring, and other components Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met Use basic hand and power tools as needed Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals Maintain a clean and organized work area Adhere to all safety and quality procedures Qualifications Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable transportation and good attendance This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable manufacturing team with room for growth and increased earnings.
