Peak Plumbing, Heating & Air is looking for a motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in North Idaho. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, delivering outstanding customer service, and helping homeowners stay comfortable year-round.

As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, maintain, and repair residential heating and cooling systems while providing homeowners with honest recommendations and exceptional service. You'll be backed by a company focused on quality workmanship, ongoing training, professional growth, and building a reputation the right way.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, service, maintain, and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
• Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to homeowners.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements or replacements when appropriate.
• Complete accurate service documentation using mobile software.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle.
• Work closely with dispatch, install teams, and management to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Represent Peak Plumbing, Heating & Air with professionalism in every customer's home.

What We're Looking For

• Prior residential HVAC service experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• EPA Certification required (or ability to obtain if applicable).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Comfortable using mobile apps and service software.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a team-first mindset.
• Desire to continue learning and growing through ongoing coaching and training.

Compensation

• Hourly pay plus performance incentives.
• Expected earning potential: $80,000 to $150,000+ annually , depending on experience and performance.
