Bilingual Patient Advocate & Experience Champion

The University of Southern California Arcadia Hospital seeks a Patient Advocate to extend the clinical care team by identifying and resolving communication and cultural barriers using advocacy skills. This role will educate and influence staff to meet patient expectations and empower LEP patients and families to participate actively in improving their care experience.
