You will handle in-person and remote signings for borrowers, families, and businesses, building a reputation and a book of business you control. RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct signings at client-chosen locations, walk signers through their documents, and ensure everything is properly dated, signed, and notarized under California law. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: • U.S. citizen with valid Notary Public credentials. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Clear background check. • Prior loan signing experience preferred. • Willingness to learn, composure under pressure, and excellent communication. JOB REQUIREMENTS: High-speed Internet connection, dependable computer with camera and microphone, home-office setup, and reliable transportation with willingness to travel as needed.
