Duties

• Demonstrates the integration of biopsychosocial principles, critical thinking, and technically proficient nursing practice in the delivery of patient care.
• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care using age-appropriate principles and interventions.
• Assumes responsibility for coordinating care that emphasizes patient education, self-management, and customer satisfaction across the continuum of care.
• Administers medications and performs procedures in accordance with established policies and clinical guidelines.
• Influences patient care outcomes through effective collaboration with members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Plans and delivers technically proficient patient care in accordance with the ANA Standards of Nursing Practice.
• Demonstrates confident, effective communication with members of the healthcare team and consistently exhibits professional behaviors that promote cooperation and teamwork.
• Shares expertise and fosters collaborative opportunities that strengthen team cohesiveness.
• Uses available resources and applies sound clinical judgment to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Demonstrates professional conduct and collaborates effectively with others, leveraging individual strengths and taking proactive steps to meet expanding responsibilities.

Pay: Competitive salary, regular salary increases, potential for performance awards

Paid Time Off: 50 days of paid time off per year (26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid Federal holidays per year)
