Luxury Senior Living Communities in Kendall, Coral Gables & Homestead is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant for its Palace at Coral Gables Luxury Independent Living for Active Adults, located at 1 Andalusia Avenue Coral Gables, FL 33134.

The #1 priority of this position is to assist residents with the self administration of medications in accordance with physician's order and AHCA regulations.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

• Keeping track of medicine count and reporting to ADRC when it is time to refill medications according to policies & procedures.
• Maintaining MOR and ensuring that it is correct & up-to-date.
• Assisting in transporting residents to and from the dining room as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must have a Florida Certified Nursing Assistant certificate for at least 2 years.
• Must have a high school degree or equivalent.
• Current State of Florida Department of Elder Affairs - Assistance with Medications in ALF setting certification required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Certified four (4) hour Med Pass course. Must be re-certified annually.
• Previous experience in a long-term care setting is preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write in English required. Spanish preferred.
• Basic math skills required.
