Location: Maple Lake, MN Wage: $60,000 $70,000/year | Depending on experience Hours: 3:45 PM 1:45 AM | Monday Thursday Position Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Benefits of the production supervisor: Direct-hire placement from day one Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Short-term and long-term disability 401(k) retirement plan Clear opportunities for advancement Duties of the production supervisor: Provide strong leadership and accountability to the 2nd shift team Serve as the shift safety leader and quality advocate Monitor shift productivity, scrap materials, and product rework Coordinate with schedulers to ensure timely completion of work orders Handle interviewing, hiring, performance reviews, and team development Facilitate quarterly staff training and assist with work instructions Provide operational floor coverage for deck leads when needed Requirements of the production supervisor: 3+ years of manufacturing experience (plastics background is a plus) Proven background in a supervisory or team lead role Proficient with measuring devices (tape measures, calipers, micrometers) Experience handling basic hand and power tools and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
