Location: Maple Lake, MN

Wage: $60,000 – $70,000/year | Depending on experience

Hours: 3:45 PM – 1:45 AM | Monday – Thursday

Position Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Duties of the production supervisor:

• Provide strong leadership and accountability to the 2nd shift team
• Serve as the shift safety leader and quality advocate
• Monitor shift productivity, scrap materials, and product rework
• Coordinate with schedulers to ensure timely completion of work orders
• Handle interviewing, hiring, performance reviews, and team development
• Facilitate quarterly staff training and assist with work instructions
• Provide operational floor coverage for deck leads when needed

Requirements of the production supervisor:

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience (plastics background is a plus)
• Proven background in a supervisory or team lead role
• Proficient with measuring devices (tape measures, calipers, micrometers)
• Experience handling basic hand and power tools and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
