Position Overview


A growing organization within the insurance and financial risk space is seeking an experienced Product Leader to drive the strategy, delivery, and adoption of data and AI-powered capabilities across core business functions.


This role will serve as the primary link between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping identify opportunities where advanced analytics, machine learning, generative AI, and automation can create measurable business value. The successful candidate will own the product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and execution of enterprise data and AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and execute a multi-year roadmap for data, analytics, and AI-driven business capabilities.
• Partner with business leaders to identify high-value opportunities for AI, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, operational efficiency, user adoption, and strategic value.

AI & Analytics Delivery

• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering through implementation, rollout, and optimization.
• Work closely with engineering, analytics, data science, and business teams to deliver scalable AI-powered solutions.
• Translate business requirements into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
• Drive adoption and ensure solutions generate measurable business outcomes.

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong partnerships with executive leadership and operational teams.
• Facilitate alignment between business objectives and technology execution.
• Communicate product vision, priorities, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Governance & Risk Management

• Support responsible AI practices, including governance, transparency, compliance, and model oversight.
• Partner with risk, security, architecture, and compliance teams to ensure solutions meet organizational standards.
• Promote data quality, usability, and trust across analytics and AI initiatives.

Continuous Improvement

• Establish KPIs and success metrics for product adoption, operational improvements, and business value creation.
• Monitor performance and drive ongoing enhancements through user feedback and data-driven insights.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years leading data, analytics, AI, machine learning, or automation-focused initiatives.
• Experience delivering technology solutions within highly regulated industries such as insurance, financial services, healthcare, or similar environments.
• Demonstrated success taking AI or analytics initiatives from concept through production deployment.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and product management best practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with generative AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, or enterprise AI platforms.
• Familiarity with modern cloud environments, data platforms, APIs, and analytics ecosystems.
• Experience working with underwriting, claims, operations, risk, or other business-critical workflows.
• Exposure to data governance, model risk management, and regulatory considerations.
• Agile certifications such as CSPO, SAFe, or equivalent.
• Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
