Manages electronic applications for documentation, viewing patient-specific information, and utilizing charging applications in the research setting.Educates patients, families, and significant others about research protocols and serves as a resource.Coordinates the work of support staff, laboratory technicians, and assistants to ensure efficient, timely, and high-quality results.Ensures adherence to research protocols and maintains compliance with documentation standards.Assesses patients' physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety needs based on age and protocol requirements.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesInterpersonal communication skills: ability to interact and maintain good relationships with a broad spectrum of healthcare disciplines and the public under all circumstances. Required.Detailed oriented and has teamwork skills, motivated, organized, ability to perform multiple tasks in a timely manner, and work efficiently under pressure. Required.Ability to be a critical thinker with an analytical approach to problem-solving. Required.Proficient in protocol research nursing. Preferred.Outpatient Infusion Center nursing.
