About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Employee Co-Investment Reporting to lead the planning and execution of co-investment activities across various funds. This role is pivotal in managing the closing process for employee commitments, overseeing the setup of entities and partners within internal systems, and partnering with legal and internal operations teams to support the onboarding process. The successful candidate will also be responsible for building and maintaining co-investment, promote, and commitment reporting, as well as developing validation dashboards to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the reports. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with external vendors and fund administrators, supporting operational transformation initiatives, and gathering technical requirements for new systems and reporting tools. Applicants must have a minimum of 6 years' experience in Big 4, partnership accounting, private equity fund accounting, or fintech accounting, with a strong understanding of partnership accounting. A CPA or CPA parts passed is required. The role demands a candidate with a tech-forward mindset, an interest in process improvement and automation, and the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple internal stakeholders. The Vice President will also be expected to produce quarterly co-investment reports for employee partners and support the firm's operational transformation efforts. The position is based in Fort Worth, TX, and the candidate must be able to work onsite three days a week.
