Parts Associate

Pierce RV & Marine Supercenter is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Associate to join our team. This entry-level position offers excellent opportunities for growth and advancement, experience preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and phone customers with parts and accessories inquiries.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory, pricing, and special order records.
• Follow up on special orders and notify customers when items arrive.
• Coordinate accessory installations with other departments.
• Keep the parts department organized, stocked, and presentable.
• Fill propane tanks for company and customer vehicles.
• Support daily department operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to operate a cash register and basic computer systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
