Cooper Electric Supply, LLC we offer a supportive culture and great benefits, and as part of the larger Sonepar group, we can offer exciting opportunities to grow your career.What you will do:Handle telephone and email correspondence in a professional and courteous demeanor.Support various supply chain functions by managing shipping and receiving documentation and coordinating deliveries.Collaborate with management to maintain and create department procedures.Multi-task and continually prioritize tasks to be completed throughout the day.What you will bring:Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.Administrative experience in a warehouse environment.Strong customer service skills and inter-personal communication skills.Ability to effectively communicate information and present solutions.Ability to speak, read, and write proficiently in English.Strong mathematics, verbal, and written communication skills.Ability to operate computers and relevant computer software.Ability to prioritize needs in a fast-paced environment.Physical Requirements and Work Environment:The ability to sit for extended periods while using phones and computers.The ability to walk between work area and warehouse throughout the day.This job is performed primarily in a general office and distribution warehouse environment.Salary Range: $21-$23/hr.
