Sr Business Analyst

What You Will Be Doing Facilitate discussions with stakeholders across business and technical teams. Guide conversations toward decisions, clear requirements, and actionable outcomes. Capture and manage user stories using Avio or ADIO. Learn new business processes and technical concepts quickly to support analysis. Use AI tools in daily work and collaborate with teams to identify practical efficiencies. Support fraud-related applications and logistics workflows, as needed. Required Skills & Experience Experience working in Agile environments. Excellent communication and articulation skills, including the ability to facilitate discussions with diverse stakeholders. Ability to guide conversations toward clear outcomes and communicate information quickly and effectively. Fast learner who can ramp up on new business and technical subject matter. Hands-on experience using Avio or ADIO to capture and manage user stories; tool familiarity is sufficient, and deep configuration experience is not required. Active use of AI tools in day-to-day work, with an ability to collaborate on identifying useful AI-driven efficiencies. Desired Skills & Experience Experience supporting fraud-related applications, highly preferred. Exposure to logistics workflows, such as packing, shipment tracking, or related operations.
