We are seeking a full-time lead sales associate for our Rocklin location. Our stores specialize in custom barn doors, Farm house tables and home décor. We are interested in professionals that has prior sales management experience to lead the sales of new custom orders. We offer 401(k), a generous employee discount, paid time off, and paid holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, determine customer needs and address any related concerns.
• Work with customers to design and finalize their custom order.
• Set appointments and follow up on leads.
• Support customers through the design and build process.
• Maintain sales and lead reports.
• Follow-up with customers through callbacks, client cards and/or thank-you notes.
• Promote and enforce a positive culture and enjoyable working environment.
• Maximize profitability and set/meet sales goals.
• Perform other reasonable job functions as assigned by an immediate supervisor and/or other management.

• Proven ability to exceed sales goals.
• Professional, outgoing, confident, high energy, capable of energetic presentation of our products, with an upbeat personality.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Presentable and personable with the public.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Have the ability to reach company sales standards
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a strong desire to accomplish specific goals.

No prior knowledge of woodworking or design is required. Training on on material and manufacturing process will be provided.
