Staff Nurse - RN - Hospital at Home - Full time Days

Location New York, New York Shift Day Shift: 8:00 AM - 8:30 PM, 3 shifts per week, including weekend and holiday requirement. Position Overview Staff Nurse - RN - Hospital at Home - Full time, Day Shift. Hospital at Home is a unique and innovative program at NYP that provides inpatient hospital level care at the patient’s home. The program combines daily in-home visits, virtual visits, and 24/7 remote patient monitoring to give eligible patients an opportunity to stay in the comfort of their own home while receiving their hospital care. The program will be designed and delivered by NYP providers and clinical staff, allowing NYP's best-in-class care across all measures of quality, service, cost, and innovation to be continued in the home setting. Key Responsibilities Provide inpatient hospital level care to patients in their home setting. Conduct daily in-home visits and virtual visits. Utilize 24/7 remote patient monitoring systems. Collaborate with NYP providers and clinical staff to deliver coordinated care. Work 3 shifts per week, including weekend and holiday coverage. Participate in program development efforts to become the largest and safest Hospital at Home program in the country. Preferred & Required Criteria Minimum two years of RN experience in the ED department. Minimum two years of RN experience in Med/Surg or SDU. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Current New York State RN license. BCLS certification through AHA. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $133,595 - $153,220 per year. Includes competitive base pay, recognition for experience, education, and licensure, and comprehensive benefits. Other Information All roles require on-site presence. Employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP. NYP will not reimburse travel expenses. This position is located at the Weill Cornell campus, 60th Street site.
