Senior Java DeveloperOur client, a public sector organization, is looking to hire a Senior Java Developer at Downey, CA. Job Title: Senior Java Developer Location: Downey, CA (Onsite) Duration: Contract - 12+ months (possible extension) Pay Rate Range: $50 - $55.81 per hour (DOE)Responsibilities:Lead and contribute to the design, development, testing, implementation, and support of complex applications.Develop and maintain Java web applications using JSP, Struts, Hibernate, MVC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Design and optimize Oracle database solutions using PL/SQL while supporting data structures, modeling, and transaction processing.Configure, integrate, test, debug, and support applications within enterprise systems environments.Develop technical documentation and ensure application quality, functionality, architecture, and security requirements are met.Qualifications:7+ years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming, including 4+ years in a lead capacity.5+ years of Java development experience, including 2+ years of recent JSP and Struts development.Strong hands-on experience with JSP, Struts 1/2, Hibernate, MVC, Java, Oracle 12c+, Oracle 19c, PL/SQL, WebLogic 12c, Git, and Eclipse.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent qualifying experience.Equal Employment Opportunity PrideGlobal and its affiliates are an equal opportunity employer.
