GMP Warehouse Forklift Coordinator

Job Description

Keep Production Moving with Precision

Step into a direct-hire role coordinating materials flow between warehouse storage and active production lines inside a clean, GMP-focused operation. You’ll be the go-to expert for safe forklift operation, accurate inventory, and on-time staging within a consistent 12-hour rotation.

Core Impact

Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move raw materials and finished goods
Load and unload trailers; transport product across warehouse and production areas
Stage components to match production schedules and changeovers
Verify counts, complete inventory documentation, and support cycle counts
Assist with packaging, labeling, and palletizing to meet shipment timelines
Secure all loads and follow established safety and GMP procedures
Maintain 5S and cleanliness standards across work zones

Work Schedule (2-2-3 Rotation)

12-hour shifts
Days: 6:00am – 6:00pm
Nights: 6:00pm – 6:00am (+10% differential)
Work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days; rotating with weekends

Must-Haves

Forklift certification
Experience in warehouse and/or manufacturing settings
Ability to work the 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule
Lift up to 55 lbs with or without accommodation
Basic math capability and clear communication
English required for safety and training

Nice-to-Haves

Inventory control background
Hands-on with SAP or a warehouse management system
Microsoft Office skills
