Sitecore Architect/Application Lead

Salary: $135,000 - 225,000 per year Requirements:
- We require a bachelors degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience, or 14 years of experience in place of a degree.
- We need a minimum of 8 years defining end-to-end architecture for Sitecore-based digital platforms, including content operations, asset management, personalization, integrations, search, analytics, and multichannel experiences.
- We need hands-on expertise in Sitecore architecture and delivery, including Sitecore XM Cloud (SitecoreAI) with Vercel.
- We expect experience with Sitecore Helix, headless development, and composable DXP approaches.
- We need experience implementing and administering Sitecore Content Hub, Sitecore Search, and Sitecore Experience Edge.
- We require experience working with Sitecore REST APIs and GraphQL APIs.
- We need deep knowledge of Next.js, React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, REST APIs, and modern front-end integration patterns.
- We require experience using Git with Vercel CI/CD deployments.
- We need experience managing and addressing website security vulnerabilities.
- We expect a strong understanding of CMS governance, content modeling, personalization, security, scalability, and performance optimization.
- We need a strong understanding of SEO/AEO/GEO concepts and their impact.
- We require proven experience integrating Sitecore with third-party and enterprise systems, including consent management platforms.
- We need the ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- We require proven leadership in guiding teams and influencing architecture decisions.
- We need the ability to work in a hybrid delivery environment.
- Preferred: a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Preferred: experience with Sitecore JSS, SXA, Horizon, CDP, Personalize, or other Sitecore ecosystem products.
- Preferred: experience with enterprise content migrations, legacy CMS transformations, and cloud modernization programs.
- Preferred: familiarity with containerization, infrastructure as code, and automated testing practices.
- Preferred: Sitecore certification or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
- Preferred: experience in regulated, high-scale, or complex enterprise environments.
- Preferred: strong consulting, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- We lead solution design for our corporate websites Sitecore implementation, future upgrades, migrations, and modernization efforts.
- We partner with marketing stakeholders to turn requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- We establish architecture standards, development patterns, and best practices across Sitecore Cloud, Sitecore Content Hub, Sitecore Search, Vercel, .NET, APIs, security, performance, and deployment.
- We define the web operating model and governance across Marketing, IT, and external partners with functional leaders.
- We guide development teams through technical design reviews, code quality expectations, environment strategy, and release planning.
- We design integrations and data models with enterprise systems such as CRM, CDP, analytics, identity, and marketing automation platforms.
- We drive cloud architecture decisions for hosting, scalability, resilience, monitoring, and cost efficiency, typically in Azure environments.
- We evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and platform capabilities that improve speed, flexibility, maintainability, discoverability, and user experience.
- We troubleshoot complex technical issues and oversee system reliability, performance, and security.
- We mentor developers and act as the senior technical advisor for Sitecore-related initiatives.
