Job Description

Ensuring a proactive safety and quality excellence culture, systems, and processes for all employees within a manufacturing site. Provides comprehensive EHS and Quality support to the plant. This includes driving implementation of Amcor EHS and Quality programs to ensure safe people and safe products that meet or exceed regulatory and company standards that leads to top delivery

for our customers.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

• LeadinimplementingandmaintainingEHSandQualityprograms,policies,improvementandsustainmentinitiatives,and compliancerequirements.

• Promoteaproactivesafetyandqualityculturetoreducerisk,injuries,andenvironmentalimpactwhiledeliverqualityproduct.

• Administerand/ordevelopandsustainprocedures,includingriskassessmentsandcompliancedocumentation.

• Coordinateanddelivertraining(newhire,annual,andongoing),ensuringregulatoryandcompanycompliance.

• Conductinternalandexternalaudits(EHS,GMP,qualitysystems),includingpreparation,reporting,correctiveactions,and follow-up.

• Develop,implement,andmaintainthevariouscomponentsoftheQualitySysteminaccordancewithStandardOperating Procedures and other external Customer requirements

• Performcomplianceassessmentsandmanageimprovementplans.

• Leadtheplant'sHACCPprogramthroughtrainingandawareness.

• Overseeenvironmentalprograms,includinghazardouswastemanagement,regulatoryreporting,andpermittingcompliance.

• Partnerwithcross-functionalteamstodriveimprovements,wastereduction,costsavings,andprocessoptimization.

• Investigateandresolveinternalandexternalqualityissues,complaints,andnon-conformances.

• Managequalityoperations,includingdailyactivitiesandsupervisionofpeople/processes.

• Supportproducttrialsandcustomer-driveninitiativestoensurequalityandcompliancestandardsaremet.

• Administernotificationandtrackingsystems,ensuringtimelyresolutionandaccuratedocumentation.

• Monitormaterialdispositions,returnedgoods,andrelatedqualitymetricstoensuretimelyandaccurateprocessing.

• Provideimmediateresponseorcoordinationforworkplaceincidentsandmedicalneeds.

• Ensureadherencetoallcompany,safety,environmental,andGMPpoliciesandprocedures.

• Leadorsupportspecialprojectsandcontinuousimprovementinitiativesasneeded.

• Workingknowledgeofsafety,environmental,andqualityregulations

• Qualitysystemsexperiencepreferred

• Lean/SixSigmaGreenBeltcertification(orabilitytoobtain)preferred
