Lange Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy is a cash based performance rehab clinic that specializes in working with active individuals and athletes in North Hollywood, CA . Our mission is to empower clients to navigate injuries, overcome challenges, and focus on longevity of their health and fitness goals. Role Description This is a full-time , on-site role for a Performance Physical Therapist based in North Hollywood, CA. Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, providing physical therapy techniques tailored to optimize recovery and rehabilitation, and performance programming via 55- minute 1:1 sessions . The Physical Therapist will also monitor patient progress, deliver exceptional patient care, offer guidance on home care exercises, and collaborate with other healthcare/fitness professionals to ensure overall patient well-being. Commitment to delivering compassionate and expert care is essential for this role. Up to 32 patient visits/week.
