Instructional Designer / Training Specialist - Healthcare

Bring your creativity and training expertise to a nonprofit healthcare organization where your work will help employees learn new technology and support an important healthcare mission.
Pay Rate: $38.00 per hour on W2
Work Arrangement: Hybrid only 1 day onsite per week
Team: Digital Training / IT User Adoption
Industry: Nonprofit Healthcare What Youll Do
- Create engaging e-learning modules how-to videos presentations and job aids.
- Deliver interactive virtual and onsite training sessions.
- Turn complex technical information into clear easy-to-follow guidance.
- Provide hands-on learner support during system launches and upgrades.
- Partner with subject matter experts and product teams to support technology adoption.
- Support training initiatives involving ERP ServiceNow and AI literacy.
- Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
- Experience with Articulate Rise/Storyline Captivate Camtasia or similar authoring tools
- Experience developing digital learning content and facilitating live training
Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams
Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline
- 24 years in instructional design learning and development or consulting
- Enjoy meaningful creative work in a truly wonderful workplacewith the flexibility of just one onsite day each week.
