About the RoleAs our Store Manager , you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while fostering a positive, team-focused environment. You’ll work closely with the owner and team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintain stunning displays, and oversee installations. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same—perfect for someone who thrives on variety and creativity.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with buying decisions and provide outstanding service.
- Lead daily store operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Train and support team members to deliver excellent customer service.
- Schedule and manage labor efficiently.
- Design and maintain pottery displays, lot appearance, and water features.
- Coordinate and oversee customer installations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering products.
- Address customer or team concerns professionally and respectfully.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
We’re searching for someone who brings:
- A strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Confidence in leading others and working as part of a team.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- An interest in plants, landscaping, or design.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform hands-on tasks as needed.
- A valid driver’s license.
- At least 1-2 years of retail or supervisory experience .
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with visual and spatial design.
- Familiarity with inventory systems or scheduling tools.
- Pay: $19–$20 per hour (based on experience).
- Schedule: Full-time position.
- Benefits: One week of paid vacation.
- Location: St. George, UT.
