Title: AWM - Operations - XIG Invmt Oversight - Analyst Location: Salt Lake City, UT Duration: 5+ Months Position Overview Seeking an Operations Analyst within Asset & Wealth Management to support investment oversight functions. The ideal candidate possesses a high degree of accuracy, strong technical capabilities in Excel and data analytics tools, and a collaborative mindset to handle complex client reporting, cross-functional risk management, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Client Reporting & Deliverables: Produce complex, customized client materials with a strict commitment to accuracy and precision. Risk & Controls Monitoring: Build and maintain tools and dashboards to monitor portfolio risk, operational limits, and exposure metrics to ensure ongoing compliance. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively across product groups, regions, and functional teams (including trading, risk, and operations) to streamline operational workflows and resolve issues promptly. Data Gathering & Analysis: Utilize advanced analytical tools to facilitate decision-making, manage accounts, support transactions, and deliver actionable operational insights. Qualifications Basic Qualifications 1 to 5 years of relevant professional experience. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with demonstrated adaptability to learn new software and technology platforms. Strong attention to detail and a proven track record of producing high-accuracy materials under tight deadlines. Exceptional written and oral communication, interpersonal, and consensus-building skills. Highly self-motivated team player with a strong drive to take on increasing levels of responsibility. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in Financial Services, Asset Management, or Financial Operations. Strong quantitative and analytical skillset, including experience with Bloomberg, Python, Tableau, or progress toward/completion of the CFA designation. Practical understanding of risk management concepts, processes, and control frameworks.
