Qualifications and Experience:

• Hold a valid School Psychologist license for Indiana
• Previous experience working with students across a wide age range is desirable
• Strong assessment, consultation, and crisis intervention skills
• Excellent communication abilities to collaborate with students, families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement evidence-based interventions and individualized support plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and inform educational planning
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to implement strategies that promote student development
• Provide direct counseling and behavioral interventions for students as needed
• Assist with the development of IEPs and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Guide staff on prevention and response to academic, social, emotional, and behavioral challenges
• Maintain thorough documentation and comply with state/regulatory requirements
