Metal Finisher

Selmet, a PCC Structurals company, is seeking a Metal Finisher to support production of complex titanium castings for aerospace and defense customers. In this hands-on role, you will grind, deburr, blend, and polish cast components to precise specifications using hand and power tools, while reading and following work instructions, blueprints, and quality standards. You will inspect parts, document results, and partner with quality and production teams to resolve issues. The position requires strong attention to detail, commitment to safety, and willingness to learn advanced manufacturing and continuous improvement practices in a fast-paced environment.
