Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Lead the overall strategy, vision, and daily operations of Tamaya Mist Spa & Salon Maintain awareness of competitor offerings, trends, and industry innovations Ensure a safe, secure, and culturally respectful environment for guests and colleagues Uphold Hyatt's service standards and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction Resolve guest concerns with empathy, professionalism, and urgency Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness, readiness, and maintenance follow-up Oversee retail inventory, merchandising, and product strategy Support team members with operational challenges and guest interactions Marketing Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow business, identify new markets, and elevate brand presence Partner with our marketing manager on spa promotions, media opportunities, and storytelling Conduct Sales Tours/Site Inspections for potential group business. Financial Review, analyze, and interpret financial and operational reports to support informed decision-making. Labor management, scheduling, and payroll controls to meet business needs and budgetary expectations. Assist in the preparations of the annual budgets, monitor variances, and implement corrective actions Identify capital improvement needs and prepare supporting business cases Control cost, and meet cost of services goals Benefits That Truly Support You.
