Job Description

Evolution is hiring On-Camera Game Hosts immediately at our Southfield, MI studio. You'll host live casino games - Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, on camera from a professional broadcast studio while players join online from around the world.
No casino experience needed. No hosting experience required.

What You'll Do
Host live casino games on camera — Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
Engage online players in a friendly, professional, and entertaining way
Deal cards, spin the wheel, and announce results with confidence
Keep the game moving smoothly and energetically every shift
Complete paid training through Evolution Academy before your first live shift

Full-time: 40 hours (5 days) or 32 hours (4 days) on a consistent weekly basis

Who We're Looking For
Customer service, receptionist, retail, cashier, or hospitality background welcome
Comfortable on camera with a polished, professional presence
Reliable, punctual, and committed to a consistent schedule
Open to evenings, weekends, and holidays
No casino or gaming experience required — we will train you

Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be able to obtain a MI Gaming License
Must complete pre-employment drug and background checks
Must wear assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
Comfortable wearing theatrical makeup (foundation, blush)
Physical Requirements
Prolonged sitting at counter height chairs and tables
Repeated use of both hands and arms
Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4 or more feet away
Ability to communicate verbally to players
Ability to lift up to 10 lbs
Ability to present on camera under professional studio lighting
Game Show Hosts: ability to wear 2 inch or higher heels while standing for 1.5 hours at a time
