Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Trinity, FL
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: Shift: 18:45 - 07:15
Job Description: The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide high-quality patient care within the healthcare facility. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, planning and implementing appropriate nursing interventions, and monitoring patient progress.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care activities.
- Participate in patient and family education regarding health management.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Current RN license in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
