Responsibilities Build positive relationships with residents Coordinate lease renewals Communicate with owners and residents Coordinate maintenance requests Schedule vendors and inspections Process move‑ins and move‑outs Prepare lease documents Maintain accurate records in AppFolio Help create an exceptional resident experience Qualifications Exceptionally organized Professional and dependable Friendly and confident communicating with customers Calm under pressure A strong problem solver Comfortable managing multiple priorities Detail oriented Motivated to build a long‑term career Property management experience is helpful but not required. Customer service, hospitality, banking, real estate, apartment management, and administrative experience are valuable backgrounds.
